Message    Hello everyone,
I am wondering if anyone knows what is the source of the text for the chorus in Zbigniew Preisner's "Song for the Unification of Europe" used in Kieslowski's Trois Couleurs: Bleu. The English translation of the chorus -- which I found in the jacket sleeve of a CD -- is as follows:

Though I speak with the tongues of angels
If I have not love...
My words would resound with but a tinkling cymbal.
.
.
.
faith, hope and love...
but the greatest of these
is love.

Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Zaki
